Teaching

In the classroom, I have three primary objectives: 1) to facilitate the appreciation for psychology as a science, 2) to enhance understanding of advanced psychological concepts using concrete, real-world examples, and 3) to provide fundamental knowledge and tools applicable to a student’s academic career. I primarily utilize inquiry-based learning and interactive strategies (such as technological methods and online-forum discussions) in order to promote critical thinking. I hope to further develop my teaching abilities in order to inspire students to appreciate psychology as a complex, scientific field.
